Asbestos Suit

My father died in 1995 after a long battle with idiopathic cardio myopithey. It was originally attributed to asbestosis as he used to spray asbestos, and he was diagnosed with fibrous patches in his lungs. At his death, all lawsuits to the asbestosis companies were thrown out because his autopsy showed no asbestos in his lungs. I just got the 20 page autopsy report from my mom along with a lot of other papers about my dad. As I was reading through it, this has his name and DOB on it, but it can’t be my dad they autopsied.

1) Says he was circumcised, he was not
2) Mentions surgical scars on his knee, he had no surgery on his knee
3) Does not mention the bypass scars on his legs
4) Lists wrong blood type

So what I need to find out is if I can still contest this autopsy, and how I would do it?
He was cremated, so no avenue ther, but they threw out the case on the weight of the autopsy, withthe autopsy being false, wouldn’t that take the case back to the evidence they had that showed asbestosis?

Man I don’t know. But if I were you I wouldn’t let this one go. This is just wrong, wrong, wrong all day long.
